For the development and support of firmware and configuration software of electronic control units for industrial gas Otto engines we are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Definition, design, implementation, testing and documentation of development projects for hardware-related software
  • Development of algorithms for digital signal processing
  • Development of graphical user interfaces
  • Evaluation of new software development technologies
  • Requirements engineering in collaboration with our customers  


  • Sound knowledge of the C/C++ programming languages
  • Experience in object-oriented analysis and design
  • Good knowledge of the problems and development of embedded systems
  • Completed university studies (electrical engineering/computer science or comparable qualification)
  • Secure knowledge of German and English  written and spoken


  • Experience with microcontrollers, especially the PowerPC MPC5xxx or ARM STM32Fx families, and  DSPs
  • Knowledge in the use of fieldbuses, preferably CANopen, SAE J1939 and Modbus
  • Experience with electronic control units in the environment of combustion engines 
  • Development experience with the GUI class library Qt
