Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and administration of technical systems, networks and infrastructure
  • 2nd / 3rd level user support 
  • Development and maintenance of IT infrastructure and networks
  • Documentation of the technical infrastructure
  • Process documentation
  • User training and consulting 

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or similar
  • At least three years of practical experience in IT administration 
  • Experience in dealing with client and server systems as well as complex network systems 
  • Relevant knowledge in the area of 2nd level user support 
  • Confident handling of the English language  
  • Team spirit
  • Experience with Hyper-V and VMware and complex cluster systems is an advantage
  • IT security knowledge desirable
