We are looking for an internal sales representative (m/f/d) to support our team as soon as possible. 
The position is full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support of existing customers
  • Calculation and submission of offers
  • Process customer orders
  • Online market research
  • Enter and manage customer data in the CRM system
  • Maintenance of the ERP system (proAlpha)
  • Support of the sales representatives in the field in correspondence with customers

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial field
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Technical interest advantageous
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Teamwork
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Communication with other departments for the development of new components

Beneficial:

  • Experiences in an ERP system
