Your Responsibilities:
- Order processing (order entry, order control and filing) in the ERP system
- Entry and assignment of delivery dates and subsequent dispatch of order confirmations to the customers, as well as active customer communication with regards to changing delivery times
- Active, fast and friendly communication with all interfaces (production planning, sales, purchasing, logistics)
- Organized & structured work based on existing processes and specifications
- Continuous monitoring of master data and related maintenance of data in the area of responsibility
- Arranging of meetings with departments (production planning, logistics, sales, scheduling, etc.) to ensure timely availability
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training, additional further training desirable
- Professional experience in the field of order control/management desirable
- Hands-On mentality
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Good MS-Office skills
Beneficial:
- Knowledge of the ERP system proAlpha or SAP desirable
