To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Director Sales (m/f/d) ROW/CIS as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of a concept for strategic market development in the ROW/CIS region
- Expansion of our existing sales network and acquisition of new sales partners
- Expansion of the current customer base and further development of regular customers
- Management, development and organisation of the ROW/CIS team (attendance, holidays, missions, etc.)
- Perception of active sales activities in the form of customer visits, acquisitions, trade fair representation
- Close cooperation with materials management, service, finance and logistics
- Active marketing of new products
- Direct support of the key account customer
- Calculation, tender preparation and tracking and order verification/clarification
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (complaint handling, on-site support, fast response times)
- Support for the implementation of sales control (CRM) and the optimization of sales processes
- The position reports directly to the Head of Sales
Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training, e. g. industrial clerk (m/f/d), or comparable studies
- Relevant professional experience in technical sales
- Knowledge and experience in the gas engine market
- Good knowledge of MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel
- Teamwork, flexibility, resilience
- High willingness to travel
- Very good English
Beneficial:
- Knowledge of SAP, additional European foreign language skills
