To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Director Sales (m/f/d) ROW/CIS as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development of a concept for strategic market development in the ROW/CIS region
  • Expansion of our existing sales network and acquisition of new sales partners
  • Expansion of the current customer base and further development of regular customers
  • Management, development and organisation of the ROW/CIS team (attendance, holidays, missions, etc.)
  • Perception of active sales activities in the form of customer visits, acquisitions, trade fair representation
  • Close cooperation with materials management, service, finance and logistics
  • Active marketing of new products
  • Direct support of the key account customer
  • Calculation, tender preparation and tracking and order verification/clarification
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (complaint handling, on-site support, fast response times)
  • Support for the implementation of sales control (CRM) and the optimization of sales processes
  • The position reports directly to the Head of Sales


  • Successfully completed vocational training, e. g. industrial clerk (m/f/d), or comparable studies
  • Relevant professional experience in technical sales
  • Knowledge and experience in the gas engine market
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel
  •  Teamwork, flexibility, resilience
  •  High willingness to travel
  • Very good English


  • Knowledge of SAP, additional European foreign language skills
