during these troubling times, we know that it is of utmost relevance to stay in touch with those, who are most important to us.
With regards to the ongoing developments of COVID-19, we hope that you will remain healthy and as unharmed as possible.
Facing this crisis, it is of course essential to prevent or slow down the rapid spread of the virus, as well as the importance for us to continue to provide our partners with the best possible products and services.
First of all, we are up-to date of the latest developments of both the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and take various precautions for the health and safety of our employees.
We are also in constant contact with our component suppliers and logistics providers in order to keep our customers informed about possible disruptions in their supply chain.
At the moment, there are occasional slight delays on the part of our suppliers. However, due to our inventory, our production is currently running at full capacity. Due to the fluent situation it is possible, that there may be product shortages or changes in our production plan in the future.
As we notice any changes that affect our customers, we will contact them immediately and also post updates on our website.
Our primary concern is the safety of our business partners as well as our employees and their families.
In order to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, we take the following precautions:
- Starting in week 11, we provided our employees with an action plan, which, in addition to the usual and at present permanently repeated precautions (no shaking hands, no close contact, no large events etc.), also contains clear instructions for our employees on how to handle appointments. If a personal appointment is not necessary due to the task or legal requirements, we switch to video conferences and telephone calls. Business trips that are not absolutely necessary will be cancelled. We will continue this action plan as needed.
- During the past, we have regularly and consistently invested in both hardware and state-of-the-art software. Home office is intended for our employees in certain situations anyway, so we are available and able to act, as a company and are there for our customers online and by telephone, even in the event of further restrictions.
- Should problems arise with our ability to deliver due to the current situation or worldwide restrictions and limitations, we will inform you at short notice and try to find an appropriate solution.
